of over 20 years of being a client and receiving Massage as well
as over 20 years of observing the effects of Massage on my clients
and students.
It is based on trying out many different variations of receiving Massage – from weekly to very occasionally. It is also based on witnessing hundreds of clients using Massage in a variety of different combinations and frequencies…
You will not find this information written in any book, because very few people have ever experienced enough Massage or witnessed enough Massage being received to put it all together like this.
